FMG Adds New Attorneys – New Associates

C. Whitfield Caughman joined the firm as an Associate and practices in the firm’s Business Liability and Insurance Law Practice Group. She focuses on professional liability matters, including directors and officers and medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Caughman received her B.A. in English, with a minor in Sociology from Emory University. She graduated from Tulane Law School in New Orleans. At Tulane, Ms. Caughman graduated cum laude and served on the Moot Court Executive Board. She also was a division champion in the ABA Regional Mediation Competition and competed in the national championship. Ms. Caughman served as the Communications Editor and was a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. She is a member of the Georgia Bar.
Coleen D. Hosack joined the firm as an Associate in the Government Law Practice Group. Ms. Hosack’s practice focus is on local government liability, land use and zoning. She graduated from the University of Georgia, earning her undergraduate degree in business with a minor degree in marketing. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hosack worked for the Proctor and Gamble Distributing Company in field advertising and sales. She received her J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. During law school, she was a staff member editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, competed on the National Moot Court team and served as Senior Board Representative of the Moot Court Board. She interned as a law clerk for three law firms during her law school summers. Ms. Hosack is a member of the Georgia Bar as well as the American Bar Association.
C. Leanne Prybylski is an Associate in our Construction Law Practice Group. Ms. Prybylski’s practice will focus on construction and employment law.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Prybylski worked for a local construction company as a Human Resources Manager as well as a Project Administrator.  She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Kennesaw State University and graduated from Georgia State University College of Law, cum laude. Ms. Prybylski is a member of the Georgia Bar.
Sean P. Kane is an Associate in our Business Liability and Insurance Law Practice Group. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kane served as a police officer with the Athens-Clarke County Police Department. Mr. Kane completed a legal internship within an international law firm in Shanghai, China. He received his undergraduate degrees, B.A. Philosophy and B.S. Biology,magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. Mr. Kane is a member of the Georgia Bar.
