Kacie L. Manisco is an associate in the Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP San Francisco office, working in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Law practice group and also the Data Security, Privacy, and Cyber Liability practice group.
In her employment law practice, Ms. Manisco represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including employment discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, ADA compliance, and breach of contract claims. Ms. Manisco also advises and counsels employers on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship and business matters, including contract advice, employment agreements, classification of personnel, employee handbooks, personnel policies, personnel leaves, termination and severance.
In her cyber practice, Ms. Manisco advises and represents businesses in a variety of matters relating to data security and privacy laws, including data breach response and notification compliance involving all types of information ranging from social security numbers to healthcare information to credit card data.
Ms. Manisco earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from the University of San Diego and received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association and is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of California.
