Tim Holdsworth is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law, Construction and Design Law National Practice Sections.  Mr. Holdsworth is also a member of the Home Owner’s Associations practice team at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. As a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Law National Practice Section, Mr. Holdsworth represents and advises employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and violations of non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. As a member of the Firm’s Home Owner’s Associations practice team, Mr. Holdsworth handles Fair Housing Act claims and accessibility claims brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act against homeowner’s associations and property management companies.

Mr. Holdsworth received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude with a double major in History and Classical Culture. After law school, Mr. Holdsworth clerked for Magistrate Judge Brian K. Epps in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
