Nicole M. Clowdsley is an attorney in the Firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Clowdsley previously worked as a law clerk for Casino M8TRIX, where she focused on labor and employment cases and commercial disputes. She represents private companies and non-profits in all aspects of workplace disputes, including FLSA individual and collective actions, FEHA claims, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and breach of contract claims. She also counsels employers on preventive strategies to avoid litigation and regularly prepares employment policies such as handbooks and other human resource materials.
Ms. Clowdsley also has a wide variety of experience in representing private companies, professionals and non-profits in an array of commercial, D&O, E&O, HOA and general civil litigation. She regularly practices throughout California in federal and state court, as well as before federal, state and local administrative agencies.
Ms. Clowdsley attended the University of Oregon for her J.D. and Willamette University for her B.A in Sociology.
