Courtney Mazzio is an associate in the firm’s Commercial General Liability Practice, as well as the Construction Professional Liability and Labor and Employment practices. She works primarily in the areas of commercial premises, motor vehicle, contract, insurance coverage, and construction defect litigation.
After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in English with a Minor in Asian Studies, Ms. Mazzio then attended Widener University School of Law, where she received her law degree and served as an intern with Widener’s Veterans Law Clinic. While an intern with the Veterans Law Clinic, she assisted veterans with the regulatory appeals process as it pertained to their disability and pension claims. During law school, Ms. Mazzio also worked full-time for an employment law firm in the Philadelphia suburbs, where she gained experience in disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, statutory discrimination claims and wage and hour claims.
Currently, she serves as a volunteer attorney at Support Center for Child Advocates.
