Jason Dineros is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco offices.  Mr. Dineros' Practice Sections include Tort and Catastrophic Loss, Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers, Labor and Employment, and Professional Liability. He is also Vice-Chair of the firm's Retail, Hospitality and Beverage national practice team.  He handles all aspects of litigation, and has successfully litigated numerous cases from inception through settlement, arbitration, or trial, having made partner in just his fourth year of practice.

Mr. Dineros is part of the Hospitality Law Practice Team.  He has a prominent background in the hospitality industry, notably with hotels, restaurants, and golf clubs, and has successfully defended Fortune 100 hotel, restaurant, and entertainment groups in cases ranging from catastrophic injury to liquor liability and wage and hour violations.  He incorporates his industry experience and operational skillset with the constantly evolving standards imposed on restaurants, bars, clubs, cable television entities, hotels, and lodging establishments to work alongside business owners--both large and small--towards practical and cost-effective solutions.  Whether the solution calls for the implementation of preventative operational practices or for a jury to appreciate the unique challenges facing the operation, he serves as both an advisor and litigator.
