While recognizing that the insurance business is about evaluating legal risk, FMG represents insurance carriers in all aspects of risk management. Our insurance practice provides both first-party and third-party coverage advice to insurance carriers across the country. Our attorneys are capable of advising carriers both before a lawsuit is filed as well as throughout the litigation process. Once engaged, we will provide a comprehensive evaluation of the legal and factual issues relating to coverage, provide a written opinion as to the existence and scope of coverage, and file or defend declaratory judgment actions related to coverage.
