Daniel Nance is currently an Enforcement Supervisor at the Atlanta District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to becoming a supervisor in 2012 he served 13 years as an EEOC Investigator. Mr. Nance is also a former U.S. Navy Pilot. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Morehouse College and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University.

Ward Richards has been a licensed attorney for 30 years and a mediator for 25 years with the EEOC Atlanta office. His experiences include clerking for a federal district judge, representing clients in employment discrimination cases in Kentucky at the law firm of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, and serving as corporate attorney for a publicly traded company headquartered in Georgia. As a private mediator and arbitrator in the ADR firm he founded, Mr. Richards mediated approximately 450 cases involving a broad range of issues. He has served as mediator in over 800 employment discrimination cases in Georgia and South Carolina and as an arbitrator of employment discrimination claims. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law and has been a regular speaker at local, national, and international programs.
