Is Your Health and Wellness Plan Feeling Ok

As the regulatory environment has become more complex for employers in the last few years, there has been considerable debate on the scope and legality of employer-sponsored Wellness Programs.  Please join us on October 12, 2017 as we discuss the many legal and practical issues that employers should consider in designing and implementing a Wellness Program and claims that may arise for failing to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Our topics will include:

  • Components of a Wellness Program
  • Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Exposure to Retaliation Claims
  • Incentive Limits
  • Safe Harbor issues

The webinar will begin at 2:00 p.m. and end at 3:00 pm.

As always, there is no charge for our webinar. We hope to see you there!
