Brett Wolff is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Newark, New Jersey office. His practice focuses on personal injury and general liability matters. Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Wolff was an associate at a prominent Mid-Atlantic defense firm, where he litigated personal injury, employment, contract, and construction defect cases in federal, state, and administrative courts.
Mr. Wolff represents employers and service providers in a broad range of personal injury, premises liability, and general liability matters.
Mr. Wolff earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as President of the Irish American Law Student Association. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Owen C. McCarthy, P.J.Cv., in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
