Charles Ciba is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Atlanta Office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Liability and Government practice areas. He has extensive experience representing corporations and individuals in automotive, premises liability, and product liability cases.

Before joining the Tort & Catastrophic Liability section, Mr. Ciba was an Assistant District Attorney at the Clayton and DeKalb County District Attorney Offices. Over an 8 year period, he tried several major felony cases to include: homicides, crimes against children, human trafficking, and other serious violent felonies. He brings his extensive trial experience to every case from beginning to end.

While attending Mercer Law School, Mr. Ciba was the president of the Mercer Advocacy Council and competed in national mock trial competitions.
