Heather Zipperer is an Associate at Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP’s Denver office. Ms. Zipperer is a member of FMG Law's Construction and Design Law practice area. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction defect claims and other complex commercial matters.

Ms. Zipperer represents contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and businesses through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining FMG Law, Ms. Zipperer practiced at a Denver-based litigation firm, where she represented clients in a broad range of construction and commercial disputes. She also gained experience handling employment litigation matters and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
