Justin England is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Dallas office. Justin is an experienced litigator handling complex commercial litigation throughout Texas. Enjoying broad base litigation experience in both state and federal courts, Justin is widely recognized for results he brings to each matter assigned. A seasoned trial lawyer, he handles an array of cases involving commercial litigation, products liability, construction defect, catastrophic injury, and real estate disputes. He is also proficient in handling tort litigation and consumer law matters.
He is well known to many builders in Texas for his prowess in dealing with all aspects of issues ranging from construction defect litigation to construction site accidents. In addition, Justin assists our national insurance coverage practice by advising and representing domestic and international insurers on first-party property (Homeowner’s and Commercial), commercial general liability, construction defect, and professional errors and omission claims.
A native Texan, Justin expanded his legal experience by studying comparative law and the international sale of goods at University College in Oxford, England. Applying his Texas and international experience, his early litigation success translated into honors as a Texas "Rising Star" in 2014 - 2022 in the area of General Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.A.), and he received his law degree from Southern Methodist University (J.D.). When not in the office, Justin enjoys cooking, traveling, and officiating weddings.
