Ms. Grajek has defended employers in a diverse range of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts and before federal agencies. She has experience with employment discrimination, retaliation and sexual harassment claims, whistleblower claims, wage and hour claims and claims relating to employee medical leave. Ms. Grajek has also handled disputes relating to the enforcement and defense of non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements. She also counsels employers in connection with workplace issues, best practices, policy development and preparation of non-compete and related agreements. In addition, Ms. Grajek has experience representing organizations and individuals in disputes arising out of the performance of professional services.
In her free time, Ms. Grajek enjoys spending time with family, reading mystery novels and working on home improvement projects.
