Lucy Badillo is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Atlanta office. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers and Financial Services & Banking practice areas.

Ms. Badillo represents private, public, and nonprofit organizations, as well as directors and officers, in complex commercial litigation matters. Her practice includes disputes arising from business and financial transactions, contractual relationships, and management liability claims. She also advises homeowners associations on governance, enforcement and dispute resolution.

Ms. Badillo was involved in the Hispanic Law Student Association and the Association of Women Law Students during law school. She also participated in her law school's Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented clients in protective order proceedings.
