Robb Denney is a Partner in the Kansas City office of Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP, working primarily in the areas of Tort and Catastrophic Liability, Trial Advocacy, Insurance Coverage, and Appellate Advocacy.

Mr. Denney previously managed nationwide litigation for a Global Fortune 500 company, with a focus on premises liability, automotive and commercial trucking litigation, insurance coverage and contractual indemnity disputes. His experience includes general liability portfolio management aimed at evaluating and reducing liability exposure through coordinated case management and defense, handling litigation from pre-suit risk assessment through trial, appeal, and all stages between.

Mr. Denney's litigation experience includes defending prominent clients such as large food service corporations, environmental services and maintenance contractors, hospitals, museums, government entities, and sports and entertainment venues in the areas of Premises Liability, Commercial Food and Beverage Services, Hospital Support Services, Environmental Services, Commercial Trucking and Transportation, and Design and Construction.

Mr. Denney is a member of the Missouri Bar, the New York State Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Clay County Bar Association.
