Sabrina Focht is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Dallas office. She recently graduated cum laude from University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she held internship positions in both law firm and corporate settings, doing an array of transactional and litigation work.
While working in a boutique law firm in Miami, Ms. Focht had the opportunity to assist with transactional matters, such as Mergers and Acquisitions and litigation matters including, insurance litigation representing claimants, medical providers, and insureds in disputes with their insurers.
Additionally, during her time interning in-house with a Fortune 500 infrastructure engineering and construction company, Ms. Focht aided in multiple contract reviews, participated in due diligence for active mergers and acquisitions, assisted in various employment and real estate matters.
Prior to law school, Ms. Focht received her Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University in New York City with two majors in Political Science and International Studies. In her free time, Ms. Focht enjoys horseback riding and traveling with friends and family.
