Shaun Foley is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Atlanta office. He has extensive experience in commercial construction litigation where he has represented developers, architects, engineers, general and sub-contractors, owners and other professionals in construction defect claims, contract disputes and tort claims. He also has experience in professional negligence claims, mechanic’s liens, non-payment and delay claims. Mr. Foley has successfully resolved cases through mediation, arbitration and trial in Georgia and South Carolina state courts, appellate courts and federal courts.
In his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Foley has experience representing corporations and their officers in complex civil disputes involving intellectual property and trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and other business torts.
Mr. Foley is admitted to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina. He graduated with a degree in Political Science from Valdosta State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the Mercer University School of Law.
He and his wife Regan live in Marietta, Georgia. In his free time, Mr. Foley enjoys live music, golf, our Atlanta sports teams and spending time with his family.
