39th Annual PLUS Conference

FMG Law is proud to be a Diamond Sponsor of the 39th Annual PLUS Conference, joining professional liability leaders to examine emerging risks, share practical experience, and prepare for what’s next.

We’re pleased to contribute to these conversations through an educational session, “Machines, Moonlighting & Money,” led by our Partner Quinn Donnelly and Partner Ashley Taragna, alongside guest co-presenter Samantha Massenzio, Esq., AVP, EPL Specialist, Sompo International.

Date: Tuesday, Nov. 10
Time: 1:15–2:00 p.m. PT
Location: Pacific Ballroom 21–22, First Floor, North Tower

As employment practices continue to evolve, new risks are emerging across AI, pay transparency, outside employment, and wage-and-hour compliance.

The speakers will examine how these developments are driving litigation and regulatory changes, while highlighting the potential EPLI and management liability exposures they create. The session will also explore practical strategies for identifying and managing risks related to AI use, pay and benefit disclosures, off-duty conduct, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, misclassification, overtime, timekeeping, and off-the-clock work.

Beyond the session, our team will be available throughout the conference to discuss emerging liability risks, litigation trends, and strategies for managing complex claims and employment exposures.

We’re especially pleased to have our Managing Partner, Ben Mathis joining us at the event, along with our attorneys Brad Adler, Jeff Alitz, Justin Boron, Bill Catto, Elizabeth Fellmeth, Christian Gunneson, Mandy Hexom, Julie Marquis, William Muñoz, Robert Zavaglia, Nancy Reimer, Reza Rismani, Danielle Rudkin, Michael Ruocco, Phil Savrin, and Chad Weaver, each bringing experience across a range of professional liability matters and industries.

We look forward to connecting, exchanging ideas, and helping organizations navigate what’s next in professional and employment liability.
