Glenn A. Klinger is a Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Chicago office. His practice involves counseling companies navigating risk and insurance across a number of industries while drawing on his experience with claims related to business liability, professional services, transportation, construction defect and injury, product defect, and environmental matters. He provides a variety of transactional services, including opinion letters, claim reviews, policy drafting, and evaluation of risk transfer agreements and contractual indemnity tenders. Glenn also handles contested coverage disputes, bad faith claims, alternative dispute proceedings, and serves as monitoring counsel.
Glenn is dedicated to the practice development of new attorneys. He is the current author of the IDC Quarterly’s Practice Development Column, where he also serves as a board member, and was instrumental in the creation of the IDC’s A to Z Litigation Academy, an eight session CLE aimed at preparing emerging attorneys for the trials and tribulations of litigation. He received the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Trial Advocacy at his graduation commencement and remains actively involved in helping high school and law students learn evidence and develop their own advocacy style.
