Mr. Weiss focuses his practice on the defense of local governments as well as commercial litigation. His experience with public policy and governmental litigation includes zoning appeals and other land use matters, government contracts, bid protests, election contests, state attorney general proceedings, and other litigation involving government agencies. Mr. Weiss has previously represented multiple vendors in bid protests at various levels of administrative and judicial proceedings. He has counseled businesses on ethics, compliance, and procurement issues with the City of Atlanta and on pending legislation in the Georgia General Assembly.
