Register for webcast | | Please join us Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 3:00 PM EST as we will dissect the D.C. Circuit’s landmark ruling on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Specifically, we will discuss the effect of the ruling on the definition of automatic telephone dialing system under the TCPA and the treatment of reassigned cellular telephone numbers. We will also discuss the status of revocation of consent and the exemption for time-sensitive healthcare calls. We will also consider the impact of the ruling on the defense of TCPA cases moving forward.
The Webinar will begin at 3:00 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. EST.
