The presentation will focus on the new rules with no current counterpart as well as the rules that have significant changes to the current rules. Pete Catalanotti is a partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s San Francisco office. Mr. Catalanotti is Vice-Chair of the firm’s Professional Liability National Practice Section. He defends licensed California professionals in civil lawsuits and administrative claims, including real estate brokers, appraisers, lawyers, insurance agents, accountants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and miscellaneous professional and quasi-professionals (health care workers). 
 
 
Greg Fayard
 
Greg Fayard is a partner in the firm’s Sacramento office. He is a certified specialist in legal malpractice law by the State Bar of California. He has defended California lawyers in civil and disciplinary matters for over 13 years.
