FMG Operations Update

Dear FMG Clients and Friends,

We know these are difficult times. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those ill or at risk. Here at FMG, we remain confident that the goodness, innovative spirit and determination of the American people, along with the resources of our great nation, will get us through this challenge. We all collectively as a country have faced and conquered many grave crises in the past, and we have the utmost faith that our nation and our incredible people will do so again.

Presently, FMG has moved to remote operations. Our attorneys, wherever they are working, have dedicated themselves to being available before, during, and after normal working hours in order to be readily available to you. They are always accessible 24/7 by email or their personal cell phones (contained in their email signatures).   

Like most of you, we are dealing with day-to-day challenges. I am very proud that our attorneys and staff are working hard to continue operations no matter the obstacles they face.

The good news is we are working through these challenges, as I know your organizations are too. FMG remains open for business and here to help you with your needs. In that regard, I encourage you to take advantage of the resources we are offering clients:

In one place, you can review summaries of court operations in all jurisdictions that FMG services and also review blogs and other educational information that will be helpful to you.
• Daily Webinars – Our team also has scheduled multiple daily webinars on topics such as the new CARES act, and subject specific topics including employment, insurance coverage, cyber security, tort liability, and California-specific employment and cyber issues.
