David McCollum is a Partner in the Atlanta office and is Vice-Chair of the Firm’s National Construction and Design Law Practice Section. Mr. McCollum is an accomplished trial lawyer with deep roots in the construction industry. Amy Cowan is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Atlanta office, and practices in the Firm’s Government Law, Labor and Employment, and Professional Liability practice sections. Ms. Cowan has extensive experience defending local governments at the trial and appellate levels in cases involving zoning and land use, eminent domain, constitutional law, and environmental law. Ms. McFeeley earned her J.D. with honors from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2020. She worked full-time as a paralegal while attending law school at night.
