Ze’eva Kushner Banks is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Commercial and Complex Litigation practice. Ms. Banks focuses her practice on securities litigation and the representation of broker-dealers and investment advisors in arbitrations, litigation and regulatory matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and state regulators.
Ms. Banks has substantial experience representing clients in federal courts throughout the country in securities class actions, shareholder and derivative litigation, and multi-district litigation. She previously worked at a premier boutique litigation firm in Atlanta.
Ms. Banks obtained her law degree from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, she served as a member of the Moot Court Society and received the Order of Advocates Award. Ms. Banks obtained her undergraduate degree from Stanford University. Prior to majoring in Political Science, she was focused on biology and co-authored an article published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
