Jeffrey R. Cluett is Of Counsel in the Firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Cluett has extensive experience in a variety of civil litigation matters. His practice includes Homeowner Association (HOA) cases, construction law and construction defect disputes, directors and officers suits (D&O), real estate disputes, and error and omission (E&O) claims against professionals such as real estate agents, architects and engineers.
Mr. Cluett’s practice includes defense of private companies, HOAs and non-profit entities directly and as insureds of many of the nation’s largest insurance providers of professional liability coverage. He regularly defends matters in federal court and state court.
Mr. Cluett grew up in Quincy, Massachusetts and attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He then attended the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
