Robyn Flegal is an associate in the Commercial and Complex Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Cyber Liability, Data Security and Privacy practice groups at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Ms. Flegal received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Flegal served as a notes editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and as the President of the Business Law Society. Ms. Flegal also spent a semester in residence at the University of Oxford studying international and comparative law. Ms. Flegal earned her undergraduate degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she graduated with highest honors.

Ms. Flegal advises large and small employers in labor and employment law and in commercial law matters, including claims of breach of contract, fraud, and alleged unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.  Ms. Flegal also represents clients in emerging data and cyber liability issues, including advising on and assisting clients with the investigation of data breaches and related notification and compliance obligations.  

Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Ms. Flegal served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Q. Langstaff, United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
