Charles Horn is now retired from the practice of law. He joined FMG from the law firm of LeClair Ryan where he led a team of attorneys handling high exposure commercial and catastrophic loss litigation.



Mr. Horn’s experience and trial victories include wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, traumatic brain injury, quadriplegia, complex regional pain syndrome, professional malpractice, including claims against accountants and other professionals, commercial contract disputes, construction defect litigation and construction site accidents, mass torts, environmental impact, land condemnation, personal injury, vehicle accidents, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, emotional distress, psychiatric injury, fire damage, wrongful termination, and securities fraud. Mr. Horn has also won a variety of other types of litigation including intellectual property, malicious prosecution, defamation, pollution claims, director and officers and real estate insurance claims.

Mr. Horn has been recognized as a top rated trial attorney by Super Lawyers and also recognized repeatedly by Best Lawyers for many years.
