Overview

Stacy Breaud is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP's Atlanta office. She serves as Chair of the Healthcare national practice section. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Aging Services & Long-Term Care practice team. She began her career in Massachusetts before moving to Georgia in 2019. In her healthcare practice, she represents physicians, nurses, healthcare practices and hospitals in medical malpractice claims. Her work also includes providing legal representation to healthcare providers in connection with matters before the Georgia Composite Medical Board, as well as advising clients on subjects such as risk avoidance. She has successfully defended her clients throughout state and federal courts, appellate courts and at mediation.

Outside of her healthcare practice, Ms. Breaud represents lawyers in both legal malpractice lawsuits and in State Bar of Georgia disciplinary matters.
