Nicholas O’Brien-Kovari is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Walnut Creek office. He is a member of the Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers and Tort & Catastrophic Loss national practice sections, and he is part of the Firm’s Products Liability, Retail, Hospitality & Beverage, Sexual Misconduct & Human Trafficking and Transportation interdisciplinary teams.

With extensive trial experience and a strong courtroom presence, Mr. O’Brien-Kovari has successfully tried numerous cases, delivering outstanding verdicts for California businesses, employers and their insurers. Mr. O’Brien-Kovari’s extensive trial experience primes his clients for success in any stage of litigation, from inception to trial.
