Jason M. Pannu is a Partner and the Office Chair in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Nashville office and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Construction and Design Law national practice section. He is also Co-Chair of the firm's Architects & Engineers Design Liability national practice team. Jason has handled a variety of matters in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the construction industry. He served as the President of the Tennessee Bar Association in 2018-2019.
As part of his construction law practice, Jason advises architects, engineers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and material suppliers on large-scale construction projects. He regularly appears in State and Federal Courts and arbitration on construction defect, professional negligence, breach of contract, lien, and bond claims.
