Ellin Lee is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s downtown Los Angeles office. Ellin represents insurance companies in contribution, reimbursement, declaratory relief, and bad faith actions, including cases arising out of complex insurance coverage issues in the areas of commercial general liability, auto liability, errors and omissions liability, and excess and umbrella coverage. She also has experience in providing coverage advice and monitoring of underlying actions for complex claims, including construction defect claims involving numerous parties, carriers, and policies.
While attending the University of California, Hastings College of Law, Ellin served as Executive Notes Editor of the Hastings Women Law Journal.
