David Perrine is a Partner in our Sacramento office and is a member of the firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss, Insurance Coverage and Extra-Contractual Liability, and On-Call Trial national practice sections. David has over 30 years’ experience as an insurance defense litigator. He has taken cases to verdict in nearly every county from Bakersfield to the Oregon border.
David has represented an extensive variety of clients which have included, but not limited to, cases involving large loss auto accidents, premises liability, general liability cases involving alleged dangerous conditions of property, homeowner and commercial property owners, lumber companies, private manufacturers of high-end coaches as well as municipal buses, farmers, hospitals, municipalities, real estate disputes, construction defect, as well as general contractual disputes. Almost all of David’s current case handling involves large loss exposure due to his experience and success defending his clients at trial.
