Abigail Catherine Smith is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Boston location. Abigail is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Construction and Design, and Professional Liability practice groups. Abby represents architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Abigail attended the University of Richmond (2019) and American University Washington College of Law (2022). While in law school, Abigail practiced as an Md. R. 19-220 Student Attorney with the Decarceration and Re-Entry Clinic, participated in the Alvina Reckman-Myers First Year Moot Court Tournament, and was an Editorial Board Member of the Criminal Law Practitioner.
