Virginia Virden is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Atlanta office. She is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice section. Her practice focuses on defending clients in personal injury and general liability matters, with an emphasis on strategic litigation and client advocacy.
Virginia represents individuals, businesses and insurers in a range of tort-related disputes. She is known for her analytical approach and commitment to thorough case preparation. During law school, Virginia served on the Moot Court Executive Board as the Robert J. Grey Negotiations Competition Chair and was Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. She also served as a Hearing Advisor, representing students in honor and conduct proceedings, and externed with the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia.
She earned her J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law and holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University. Virginia is admitted to practice in Georgia.
