Anne Carrie Kelly is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Houston and Nashville offices. She is a member of the Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions practice section and actively participates in the Homeowners Associations (HOA) and Lawyers Professional Liability interdisciplinary teams. Her practice focuses on defending professionals and community organizations in complex liability matters, with a particular emphasis on HOA governance and legal risk management.
Mrs. Kelly represents clients including homeowners associations, board members, and legal professionals in disputes involving governance, fiduciary duties, and professional conduct. She brings a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to client service, informed by her background in legal research, drafting, and data analysis. Prior to joining FMG, she gained experience as an extern with North Mississippi Rural Legal Services through the Elder Law Project and interned with the PGA TOUR, contributing to a data collection initiative for the PGA TOUR Champions.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as Online Managing Editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review and was a member of the University’s Negotiation Board. Anne Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies, summa cum laude, from Loyola University of New Orleans, where she was also a scholar-athlete on the Loyola Women’s Golf Team.
