Jennifer Dontos is a Partner and Director of eDiscovery in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Dallas office. She works collaboratively with our clients and case teams to develop eDiscovery strategies to maximize efficiency and cost containment. Jennifer advises on defensible eDiscovery practices including identification, preservation, analysis, review, and production of documents. Jennifer is also experienced in data retention and preservation, information governance, internal investigations, government investigations, and complex litigation. 

In addition to litigation eDiscovery, Jennifer is experienced in cyber incident response including PII and business/contract obligation identification, notification preparation, and insurance recovery. She has also counseled clients on defensive cybersecurity planning utilizing interactive training opportunities like Tabletop and Red Team exercises in conjunction with forensic experts to provide companies with a real-time assessment of their system vulnerabilities to prevent or mitigate cyber attacks.

Before joining FMG, Jennifer was eDiscovery counsel for AMLAW 100 firms across a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, packaged goods, hospitality, pharmaceutical, automotive, financial services, insurance, and technology.
