Kristen Nasser is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Orlando office. She is a member of the Healthcare and Tort & Catastrophic Loss Practice Sections.

Ms. Nasser has the privilege of representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, long-term care facilities and other healthcare professionals in litigation involving allegations of negligence and wrongful death. She has experience with all aspects of medical and nursing home malpractice defense, including statutory pre-suit investigation, complex discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. She also facilitates risk management investigations involving law enforcement and state agencies and offers counsel for day-to-day matters. Additionally, she represents her clients in general negligence claims, including premises liability.

She earned her Juris Doctor at Stetson University College of Law and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate education.
