Overview

Keegan R. Shelby is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Orlando office. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of medical enterprises and individual facility groups and providers for statutory pre-suit investigation, medical professional negligence, on-call risk management guidance, and general and premises liability.  

Prior to joining FMG, Keegan practiced solely as a defense trial attorney in both retained and in-house counsel roles for two of the largest automobile insurance carriers and the largest retailer in the nation. His diverse practice experience of more than a decade ranges from pre-suit time limit demand responses through trial and appellate advocacy for matters involving general liability, trucking and automobile negligence, premises liability, negligent security, construction defects, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation.
