Overview

Kara Hilt is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Orlando office. She is a member of the Firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Law practice sections. Her practice focuses on defending claims involving general liability, products liability, construction defect, premises liability and negligent security in both state and federal courts throughout Florida.

Ms. Hilt counsels and represents a wide range of clients, including owners and developers of shopping centers, regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants, product manufacturers and trucking companies.

Ms. Hilt graduated cum laude from the University of West Florida with a degree in healthcare administration and earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as president of the Health Care Law Association.
