Cody McNearney is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Sacramento office. He is a member of the firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Professional Liability practice teams. He primarily defends high-exposure cases involving automobile & trucking collisions and professional liability matters.
His past and present clients include Fortune 500 companies, medical facilities, national trucking and transportation companies and various other business owners and professionals.
Cody is a former service member of the U.S. Army’s Medical Corps. His extensive experience in patient care and hospital administrative duties shaped his interest in healthcare and personal injury litigation.
