Overview

Audrey Smith is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Tampa and Orlando offices. She focuses her practice on representing general contractors, developers, subcontractors and other construction professionals in construction defect and personal injury claims throughout Florida. Audrey has extensive experience in civil litigation defense, with a practice spanning complex, multi-party and multi-million-dollar matters.

She has represented clients in high-exposure cases, often serving as lead counsel for “target” defendants. Audrey has successfully argued dispositive motions, including Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss and has tried numerous cases to verdict in state courts.

Audrey also represents homeowners associations and community associations in various disputes, including disputes arising out of the application and enforcement of HOA covenants.
