Kyle Tohdacheeny is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Houston office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Law practice sections. Mr. Tohdacheeny brings a distinctive perspective to his legal practice, shaped by 15 years of experience as a welder in the oil and gas industry, where he worked on the planning, construction and operations of refineries and remote industrial sites.
Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Tohdacheeny was an associate at a boutique civil litigation defense firm, handling matters involving trucking and automobile negligence, premises liability and product defects. He also served as an associate at a mid-size civil litigation defense firm, where he managed personal injury claims arising out of war zones.
Mr. Tohdacheeny earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Houston.
