Paul Miller is an Associate in the Boston office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Mr. Miller is a member of the Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions, Construction & Design Law and Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers Practice Sections.
Mr. Miller represents a variety of professionals and their respective business entities—including accountants, brokers, attorneys, and design professionals—in a wide range of complex commercial disputes involving claims of malpractice, breach of contract, breach fiduciary duties, and other business torts. He further represents architects and engineering firms, general contractors, and subcontractors in multiparty construction and real estate disputes concerning project performance, design-related issues, and contractual risk allocation.
Before joining FMG, Mr. Miller gained experience with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, where he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kimberly S. Budd, Chief Justice, and with Harvard University’s Office of Strategic Procurement as a Contract Analyst Intern. He also clerked for a mid-sized Boston litigation firm and interned with both the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and another nationally recognized law firm.
Mr. Miller earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross. While in law school, Paul also served as Senior Managing Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and received Honorable Mention awards for both Oral Advocacy and Brief Writing.
