Tayler Belinske is an Associate in the Chicago office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Ms. Belinske is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Law Practice Sections. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on tort defense, including personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect matters. Prior to joining FMG, Ms. Belinske represented plaintiffs in civil litigation, which allows her to anticipate opposing counsel’s strategies and effectively evaluate risk and exposure for her clients.
Ms. Belinske represents insurers, businesses, and individuals in complex litigation matters, and she regularly defends claims involving substantial personal injury exposure. Ms. Belinske has experience in managing high-volume caseloads and has worked with clients across industries such as healthcare, insurance, and professional services.
Ms. Belinske is admitted to practice in Illinois, as well as the Northern District of Illinois. She earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, Ms. Belinske was selected as a Milt and Judi Stewart Overseas Externship Fellow and completed an externship with an international litigation firm in Warsaw, Poland, where she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on property and regulatory matters, and contributed to legal publications on cybersecurity issues. Ms. Belinske received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina.
