Kailey Romanos is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Hartford office.

Before joining FMG, Ms. Romanos worked at a mid-size firm where she represented individuals and businesses in various professional liability and errors and omission matters, defending architects, engineers, lawyers, medical professionals, and real estate agents. She also represented broker-dealers and other investment professionals in a wide-array of securities industry claims before courts and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Ms. Romanos earned her J.D., cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2023. During law school she was an active member of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, an Honor Board member, and held various executive board positions with the Tax and Business Law Society. She also recently graduated with an LL.M in Tax Law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2026. Kailey received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Southern Connecticut State University in 2020.
