Robyn Flegal is an associate in the Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers and Labor and Employment Law National Practice Sections at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Ms. Flegal is also a member of FMG's Data Security, Privacy, & Technology and Allied Health practice teams.

Ms. Flegal represents clients of all sizes in complex business disputes, including products (medical device) liability, fraud, and breach of contract claims. Ms. Flegal advises health care professionals, managers, directors, and officers, as well as healthcare organizations with issues such as compliance, conflict resolution, employment, and fiduciary obligations. Ms. Flegal also represents private and public employers in cases concerning Title VII (race, sex, religion, color and national origin), ADEA, ADA, FMLA, constitutional violations, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful discharge. Ms. Flegal further advises and represents businesses in all facets of data security, privacy, and technology litigation, including assisting clients with the investigation of data breaches and related notification and compliance obligations.

Prior to joining FMG, Ms. Flegal served for two years as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Q. Langstaff, United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Ms. Flegal received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating 30th in her class of 230 students. While in law school, Ms. Flegal served as an editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, the President of the Business Law Society, and was selected to serve as a pupil in the Intellectual Property American Inn of Court. Ms. Flegal also spent a semester in residence in England at the University of Oxford studying international and comparative law. Ms. Flegal earned her undergraduate degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she graduated with highest honors.
