Sandra Lynch is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Boston office. She is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Wage & Hour National Practice Sections.  She has experience as an attorney and Human Resources professional at the Mass. Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), the Greater Boston region’s rapid transit, commuter rail, bus and ferry system. She has extensive experience practicing before the Mass. Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the federal EEOC, as well as state and federal courts involving employment and transportation issues.

Ms. Lynch’s practice focuses on representing and advising employers, condominium associations, HOAs and health care entities in all aspects of discrimination law and employment law as well as state and federal confidentiality or privacy issues and HIPAA. She also defends corporations and individuals in general and professional liability matters.  Ms. Lynch handles discrimination and employment-related litigation before state and federal courts and agencies on matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, disability, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She counsels employers on a broad range of employment-related issues, including employee discipline and termination, hiring practices, sexual harassment and other discrimination matters, compliance with wage and hour and pay equity regulations, and development of human resources policies. Ms. Lynch also practices in the areas of business litigation, personal injury, transportation law and premises liability defense.
