Christopher Lee is an associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary Atlanta office. He is part of the Government and Tort and Catastrophic Loss practice sections. As part of the firm's Government Law section, Mr. Lee has litigation experience in defending cities, counties, and government employees in civil rights and general litigation matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts. As part of the firm's Tort and Catastrophic Loss practice section, Mr. Lee has broad litigation experience defending corporations and individuals in premises liability, negligence, defamation, and other general and complex litigation matters. Mr. Lee also serves as associate general counsel to several community service boards across the state.

Chris received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Mr. Lee was sworn in under the 3rd year practice act and served as a student prosecutor at the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office under the Honorable Judge Mark Anthony Scott. Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Mr. Lee was employed by a well-respected regional firm splitting his practice between defending municipal entities and defending corporations in a variety of complex litigation matters.

When not litigating cases, Mr. Lee spends his time playing golf, basketball, and volunteering for a local orchestra in Roswell, Georgia.
